A noted contributor on finance issues, she also provides on-air financial commentary for several news programs. In addition, Jennifer is writing her debut book titled Digging Your Dreams Out of Debt. The book focuses on financial management and addresses many issues that have been brought to bear under the current economic climate including credit issues, home buying, investing and avoiding financial pitfalls. Maria is currently working on a documentary, “Our Financial Future in Shackles” and contributes to the Culture channel. Maria holds both a bachelor and master degrees in Communications and Public Administration from Hofstra University and American University, respectively.
