Mykl Anthony, Creative Director of Photography
- A native of San Francisco, Myklanthony relocated to the Washington DC area in 2008. Mykl Anthony’s career in business management has spanned many industries including the gift industry, promotional products, historic preservation and book publishing. However his first love has always been in the visual arts and has his Bachelor Degrees in Cinema, Art Studio and Art History from both San Francisco State University and University of California, Davis. Since his high school years he’s
been a photography hobbyist, but only recently has he decided to pursue photography on a professional level. Mykl feels joining the team at Face the Mag was a perfect opportunity for him to use his business acumen, art education and photography skills to help build, as he puts it, “something really worthwhile”.
