Health and wellness is the foundation of a meaningful and rich existence here on earth. The absence of good health can make it challenging to participate in the daily activities we take for granted such as walking or just sitting in a chair. Our ability to engage in activities and interact with others personally, professionally and socially are all dependent upon our mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health.
